Mr. Bouldin has been involved in the downstream, specialty products, and environmental industries for over 30 years. Specifically, he has served in senior leadership roles with accountability for annual revenue exceeding $500MM with industrial stalwarts such as Shell, SK Environmental, and GFL. His primary focus has been on technical, sales, and operations while continually exploring opportunities to grow the business through targeted, and transformational acquisitions.
Besides a passion for seeking out, identifying and executing innovative approaches to improve and streamline business operations, he harbors a belief that successful enterprises must simplify the business model while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience to maximize shareholder returns. Recycling scarce resources, such as used motor oil, to a high-end clean-burning fuel that reduces harmful sulfur emissions while reducing reliance on imported crude oil and minimizing the environmental impact has been particularly rewarding.
